The ownership has demonstrated a clear lack of competence in managing the business effectively, resulting in a disorganized and poorly run operation. More concerning, however, is the unethical treatment of both employees and members. Staff are not treated with basic professionalism or respect, and members are often left feeling undervalued and disregarded. These issues reflect serious shortcomings in leadership and integrity. Until there are meaningful changes in how this franchise is operated, I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable or respectful environment.
