  Great facility. They saw us almost at closing time for an x ray. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

  Alpha Med in N Scottsdale has always been our go to for urgent care but now they are my primary care provider. Staff is always Nice and knowledgeable.

  The overall care here is excellent. Check in was fast and friendly. The nurse taking the EKG put my mind at ease and was super efficient. Our doctor was so professional & sweet. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The visit was fast and a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone who needs lab tests done!

  I recently saw Kevin Cantwell at AlphaMed to establish care after a pretty serious injury - an Achilles tear, calf tear, and a large hematoma. From the moment he walked in, I could tell he genuinely cared about getting a full understanding of what was going on rather than just rushing through the appointment. He took the time to remove my splint and thoroughly check how everything was healing, which I really appreciated. He then re-applied the splint better than anyone had done it so far. It was clear he has a lot of experience with these types of injuries. One thing that stood out to me was his approach to pain management. Instead of immediately throwing stronger medications at me like many providers tend to do, he actually reduced the dosage from what I had previously been prescribed. I respected that a lot. It showed that he’s thoughtful about patient care and not just handing out high-dose prescriptions. He also gave me helpful recommendations for things I can do at home to help manage pain and support healing. Overall, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. If you’re dealing with an orthopedic or sports-related injury and want someone who actually takes the time to care about your recovery, I highly recommend him.
