I visited this week for a concern I have been having that could be a scary result. I went into this emotional and scared of what could be my reality. I expressed my stress and even teared up, the nurse practitioner showed no empathy and made me feel like an inconvenience. She did not make me feel heard or care about how this was a emotional moment for me. Very cold and made me feel like an awkward phone call you did not know how to hang up on. I understand she deals with people all day who probably assume the worst and turns out it is nothing but me a young woman I would hope she made an effort to make me feel seen and safe. Very disappointed.

I was seen by Trinity when I went in for a sinus infection. I let her know I always get a Z pack. She said they're not allowed to prescribe that for sinus infections because it's for upper respiratory infections, which is in your lungs...An upper respiratory infection is in your nasal cavity and throat! I let her know ALL the medications I'm taking and she prescribed a medication that is NOT to be combined with a medication I already take because it could cause intracranial hypertension. The pharmacist was visibly shaken when I told him and after he had to call her to change the medication due to this information, she told him she thought I was LYING about the side effect! UPDATE-11/8/19 The Little Clinic Regional Director Lynn, has contacted me which was very appreciated. This will be used as a learning opportunity for their staff and making sure patient care and safety is their priority.

This place has been the only place that would listen to me and my family when we needed help the most and when the hospital would not help I love them and support them!
