They are dishonest about calling Dr office for refills, EVERYTIME! Then, if they do contact your Dr's office.... they act like it's a total inconvenience on them to do their job! This happens everytime my son gets his refills. If they tell you it will be "ready for pick up" at 2p.... wait until 4p to go pick it up. What a scrappy service! C'mon Frys Pharmacy do better!
