- RARicky AllmanOct 16, 20251.0They don’t stick to their posted opening and closing times. I have been promised prescriptions would be in and then would have to wait MONTHS. They don’t notify you when your prescriptions are in, just when they’re about to be sent back. I was supposed to get 16 pills one time but the PA didn’t want to open a 2nd box so she just gave me 10 pills because each box held 10 pills. (She told me this). Almost every time I’m told all my medicine is in, there’s a bottle missing. It’s just all around horrible service and I have no idea how they feel comfortable running a business, especially one that deals with people’s physical safety, like this. They truly deserve 0 stars.

- HLHailey LallySep 1, 20251.0Don’t waste your energy with this location. 1 girl in there was super sweet and always helpful but ive never seen it be this hard to get medications filled. Take your money/insurance to the gantzel location or ANY OTHER locations. I have an rx for an emergency inhaler and it was filled and covered by my insurance but they refused to let me get it. I offered to pay out of pocket and they still denied me my medication that I literally have an rx for. It was the Asian lady- I never got her name and never saw another in there. Don’t even waste your time fighting with these people. Call your Dr and have them send your meds to a new location. You’ll never get them transferred. I’ve been trying since December when I moved to the west valley. 9 MONTHS AGO. It’s baffling that this continues really. Good luck guys. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.

- MGMalcolm GrimmJun 7, 20252.0Trash is more important than Customer! Came hour becore close of business and was asked to wait because the usual clerk busy collecting from trash cans! I understand this must be done, but OMG to make the pharmacist tend to register is not right when she can be filling rx, the emphasis needs to be reinforced that the CUSTOMER comes first! (Well, at least before "trash") The pharmacist here, however, is DELIGHTFUL! Wonderful gal!
