The pharmacists are always busy whenever I've stood in line there keeping busy. Some occasions they did not recieve my prescription over the phone, so I'd just call and they'd start working on it right away. One time I had a trip planned, they were running behind so I called and explained the situation. The lady who answered was very nice and said she would start working on it right away before I had to leave town. The gentleman usually at the pickup counter is always friendly and professional. Hours are fine I think if they had one more pharmacist on hand they wouldn't be so overworked. Can tell these are good people with a lot of prescriptions to hand out. Always clean, polite, professional and friendly.

The pharmacy manager, Tracy, helped me work thru a problem with a dr who wouldn't return my phone call, and was so nice and helpful. My scripts are ready when promised. I'm one very happy customer.

I appreciate people who work in customer service and especially those who can hide their bad days (everyday). We all are going through crazy times and when the pharmacist and techs are rude I’m not ok with that. I spoke to someone over the phone a fees times and they were extremely helpful, then you get there and you get the rude people. Disappointed.
