After using this pharmacy for about 2 years now, don't know why this pharmacy gets so much hate. The pharmacists are always busy whenever I've stood in line there keeping busy. Some occasions they did not recieve my prescription over the phone, so I'd just call and they'd start working on it right away. One time I had a trip planned, they were running behind so I called and explained the situation. The lady who answered was very nice and said she would start working on it right away before I had to leave town. The gentleman usually at the pickup counter is always friendly and professional. Hours are fine I think if they had one more pharmacist on hand they wouldn't be so overworked. Can tell these are good people with a lot of prescriptions to hand out. Always clean, polite, professional and friendly.

Doctor prescribed 3 prescriptions 3/19/24. 1 was filled the next day. Been waiting for the other 2 to be filled. 3/28/24 called re status. After the person answering the phone looked it up, she advised they were not filled because they were over-the-counter medications. When I asked why they never advised me of this, she rudely responded that she was advising me now - yes because I called them. Would it not be professional to let a lay person know this? If advised, I could have been taking the medications 8-9 days ago! This, by far, isn’t the first malpractice this pharmacy has committed. This pharmacy should be shut down.

Frys pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to do business with. They are never ready when they say they are and now all of a sudden after using them for over 2 years I am being charged 4x times more for my prescriptions. I called and was told that I had to tell the person ringing it up that I wanted to use my KrogerRxSC card. I never had to before and what’s the purpose of having the KrogerRxSC card if you don’t get the lowest price? Plus it’s in my profile along with removable lids. Nothing has changed. Now I have to go back to the pharmacy and have them print out my prescription history so I can get a refund on all the medication they have over charged for. Since I have broken my back this is very difficult for me to do. I never had any problems in California and their pharmacies are a lot worse.

Never had any issues, I've picked up and dropped off around 6 scripts.
