I love Safeway pharmacy. I’ve been going there for 15 years. There are some great people who work there. Over the years I’ve met some of the kindest in the field. They always treat me well and are professional.

My child has a chronic health condition that requires a few prescriptions. I started off at another pharmacy, but the staffing turnover/shortages and long lines drove me to Safeway a couple of years ago, and honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Now we're adding another health condition/more meds to the family, it feels really good knowing we have a place to go with familiar, friendly faces. They always make sure to get us the best price out there with any discounts they can, are there to answer questions, submit requests to the doctor, and fill prescriptions so quickly. The wait is hardly ever long at all. There are so many places where you feel like a number, or an inconvenience. This isn't one of those places. I'm afraid to recommend them, because I don't want them to get busy, but they really are great!

I have given my business to pharmacies across the entire US and the pharmacy located in the Safeway 1819 in Queen Creek, AZ has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Bad experience today and previously about a year ago. Tells me they do not read and care about guest feedback. I love the Safeway staff and would gladly change my pharmacy business to this location if the staff were not so uncaring and rude. Such a shame to have some a wonderful Safeway staff with such a rude pharmacy team. You will never get my business. Get smart or go out of business.
