  I come to Prime almost every time I am under the weather for an Immunity bag and I swear by it!! I feel 100% better the next day. The staff are always so sweet and attentive. The little room they have you sit in is so calming and relaxing.

  The staff is friendly and does a great job, I’ll start with that. I have been disappointed at the recent rise in prices, though. I’ve previously appreciated Prime IV for making wellness so accessible and I’ve gone many times, but these prices are just not sustainable for me anymore no matter how much the IVs might help me. I used to choose Prime IV because they were more affordable than my mobile IV friends, but now they’re just as expensive so I might as well have someone come to my house which is much more convenient if I’m going to pay over $200 anyway.

  Terrible time management. Overall the staff was nice but I had an invitation to try the VIP experience for my first time coming in. They lied over the phone about pricing to my wife because I was charged $40 more then what was quoted. Then after arrival I had to wait 15 minutes over my appointment time even though I arrived 10 minutes early. (Already filled out paperwork too, Just waiting in a massage chair that was not plugged in) They also gave the VIP spots to other clients who were their after me and that made a "Last minute appointment". You could have had my wife and I's business but I will never recommend this establishment.

  This is like reflexology meets infusion. The staff is amazing and if you’re like me, the thought of this being relaxing and involving needles just doesn’t make sense but the folks here make it so. The massage chairs are worth the visit alone but now you’re getting juice up with an amazing cocktail that will keep ya feeling good. I might have to make this a monthly visit. Outstanding facility and staff

  Prime IV Hydration and Wellness in Queen Creek is truly a top notch establishment. The staff members are extremely attentive, caring, and accommodating. I will most definitely continue my treatment with them and recommend them to all of my friends and family. I’d also like to give a special thank you to the owners, Tom and Melanie, for going above and beyond to make sure my experience is always as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Thank you so much for everything! You are appreciated more than you know. 😊
