- LMLori MusserJan 25, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. Their drive through window is broken so by the time I park and go inside I get to the counter at 5:02. They are still there helping someone. They look at me and say sorry we’re closed at 5. No fair when your window was broken. So I get a manager and he comes over and asks them to help me and the pharmacist says ‘No I don’t want to help her I want to go home’ You just lost my entire family.
- TDTrish DotsonJan 3, 20262.0When you are told when your script will be done, then you wait an extra day to be sure….you should have it ready for a quick pick up. Seems to me there is an issue with laziness. I’m sure I’m not the only one this happens to at this location. I think they wait till you show up and tell you “they are still working on it” like they are restoring a historical painting. Just have your scrips ready when you say they will be ready. And maybe, when you do fall short, you look your customer in the eye, apologize and fill it as quickly as possible.
