I live in Prescott Valley & usually go to the Safeway pharmacy in PV, but they give us nothing but issues & they act like theyre miserable. Its a really understaffed busy pharmacy. Melissa, pharmacist at Safeway on White Spar, was nothing short of amazing. Even amazing is an understatement. She was able to really go into detail what was going on with the medication for my father, who's a stroke patient & went over options, transferred his meds to her pharmacy & was all set with absolutely no issues. I will travel 30 minutes just for the great service Melissa has provided. I'd love to share this experience with any higher-ups of Safeway Pharmacy personally. Melissa, you are absolute asset to Safeway. You dont do business with SAFEWAY, you do business with the associates.

Also, for some reason they take incredibly long to service the always massive line of people waiting. Also, they only have one register to ring up your scrip. As busy as this pharmacy is now, they really need 2 registers! I will be going elsewhere in the future. So tired of waiting on average a half hour, just to pick up a phoned in scrip. Most other places in town are way faster.
