We changed over to this pharmacy a few years ago. They are very fast in getting our prescriptions ready. Their staff is friendly. I'm not sure why posts about the deli are part of the pharmacy ratings.

Deli products leave my to be desired. Hot chicken roast used to be so flavorful. But now they're selling rubbery tasteless chickens. I won't be back for thus item. Safeway has gone down hill since Albertsons took over.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I went through their line 4 times today because they said my prescription wasn't ready yet before they finally told me they don't have it.

I would say I've been a regular customer for 2-3 years, for one reason only, because the cost of a specific medication. If not for the 1000 dollar cost difference I would never step foot in any Safeway pharmacy. Experiences have varied, although 9/10 times I walkout stressed, disappointed, or downright furious. First off their App and website is out of date, do not notify you when your prescription is ready, and 3/4 of the time doesn't relay info to the pharmacy. I use the app to avoid having to talk to there staff at any cost. Most times calling the pharmacy is a test of your patience. Talking with the pharmacy techs that talk to you as if you're the reason for their suffering in life. They give your misinformation frequently, then when accused...deny. It's absolutely outrageous how neglectful and irresponsible this pharmacy is. Unless this your last resort on the planet I would not support this business.

For Spam calling all of your patients try to advertise your petty flu vaccine, which we consented to alerts-NOT ADVERTISING, I will deliberately go out of my way to not only get the flu shot elsewhere, but tell people to avoid getting it at Safeway. I think you know where you can shove your spam robo-calling...
