- SSSFeb 27, 20265.0Nick is fantastic and is very easy to work with. I had a question on extended warranties ended up speaking with Joseph in the call center. Joseph did the absolute minimum and seemed bothered that he had to do anything and was in a hurry. Probably time for Joseph to find a new career. Not the best look for Miracle Ear when trying to sell an extended warranty that involves a third party. Low quality call center employees make it harder on good employees like Nick to do their job.

My appointment was with Nic who was very thorough with questions about my hearing, did several hearing test and set me up with a hearing aid. The office is clean, runs efficiently. Both Stephanie and Nic are friendly and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the hearing aids, insurance and they have a wide array of budget options. If you're having any hearing issues go to Miracle Ear on Fair Street, Prescott.
