Annual vision exam and diabetic eye exam. Dr. Listened to what I had to report about change in my vision and treatments I had over the past year.

The staff at Williams Eye Care are pleasant & efficient. Dr Williams is a top notch doctor & spends time with patients- answering questions & explaining diagnoses clearly. The Lens Crafters team puts major focus on helping patients choose the best glasses. They really " know their stuff " when it comes to eye care.

Dr. Johnson is a gem of a human. Extremely thorough and kind during the exam. He helped me figure out my new prescription and took the time to explain everything to me. You can look around, but you won’t find a more competent or pleasant eye dr anywhere.

I have been coming here for years and have seen both of the eye doctors here, and they take the time to explain and answer any questions, and do not make you feel rushed through the process. The eyeglass staff are helpful in selecting eyeglass frames. There was a young lady, Makayla, who somehow magically knew which frames would complement both my face shape and skin tone the best, and I have for years always struggled to find frames that I liked; often they would look great on the rack, but when I would try them on, they just didn't look right on me. Makayla selected one frame, and, despite trying on several others I had thought might look good, I ended up going with her suggestion. To my surprise, the ones she selected really did complement my face shape the best, and it was something I likely would not have found without her help. She was also very patient with me while I deliberated and gave me multiple quotes to review and price points to consider, as I was also considering different options, such as progressive versus single vision corrective lenses. I initially didn't think I was going to buy new frames; I was going to keep my old ones and just replace the lenses, but in comparing what she had picked out for me, I realized my old ones didn't suit my face shape anymore due to some slight aging changes. Plus, as a bonus, they had a special where buying the frames and lenses together was actually cheaper than just replacing my lenses into my current frames. I also learned a while back that they have good AAA discounts for both eye exams and eyeglass purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
