Sales representative Mykayla helped me and was exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient in using the computer system to enter details and inform me of costs. She offered to apply the Black Friday specials and compare coverage offered by my vision insurance. She quickly informed me of final costs and the best option. Throughout the process, Mykayla was personable and very helpful. I would recommend LensCrafters, Prescott, and representative MYkayla to anyone in need of eye glasses. Because my first experience was so good, I visited LensCrafters again on Monday after Black Friday to apply my new prescription for new progressive lenses. Representative Mykayla assisted me again and the experience was equally professional and efficient with an excellent price. She consulted with her manager during this visit who was also extremely helpful and personable. I will visit this store again and recommend it to any one shopping for glasses. Excellent store service!
