    My husband went to pick I put my scripts after being in ER, and the lady (Corinna) was rude from the very beginning. She acts like she hates her job, and wants to take it out on the clients. She is short with people, does not listen to concerns, and acts like everything is putting her out! I think we will be switching pharmacies due to this, as she is typically the person we have to deal with.

    I've been here for about 3yrs but now I've moved on to costco pharmacy. This is why Cody at fry's pharmacy willow creek is so rude and he thinks his at the same level of the pharmacies, 8 mo ago I called Cody answered I ask him if I could talk to the pharmacist about my medication he said he could answer my question I didn't know a technician was a pharmacies. But this young man is rude!

    I called to check on a couple prescriptions the man on the phone informed me some weren't covered by insurance and I asked how much they were and he said "you don't wanna know" but he did add it up for me, I didn't hear what he said so I said "sorry what was it" and he proceeded to yell at me over the phone about the price.

    The automated service is dysfunctional and very difficult. The previous system was great. Another upgrade gone bad.
