She's not as bad in person but it's definitely not customer service. On several occasions my perscriptions we're called in early (like a week in advance) but when it came time to pick them up, they were on back order. This will be the third time I will have to go through the weekend without my medication. Frys Pharmacy on Fair Street is super busy and understaffed. That being said my above comments come with understanding of these facts however, I want to feel like I am safe and not judged when picking up my medications.
