    Nicole is the best pilates/Gyrotonic teacher I’ve had in all of the years I’ve been doing this (off and on for 20 years). She has great knowledge of body mechanics and can tailor a workout to your body’s specific needs. I have many issues to work around (arthritis, bulging disc to name 2) and she still can create an effective, challenging workout. Great!
