    On advice from my PT, I selected a Pilates studio that was conveniently located. And I hit the jackpot! Among a lifetime of gym and yoga classes, this is the first experience with hands-on, immediate feedback on my “form.” Nicole makes sure we are doing it right and remembers our individual needs and/or limitations. After a few months of weekly classes, my knees continue to improve as my legs get stronger. Core Pilates is aptly named, as my core is so much stronger, too. I highly recommend this studio!!

    I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Nicole at Core Pilates! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how it moves and flows. Her understanding of anatomy really shines through in every class. She explains movements in a way that helps you actually understand what you should be feeling and where you should be feeling it, which has made such a difference in my practice. I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant, and Nicole has been so intentional and thoughtful about offering modifications throughout class that feel supportive and safe. What I appreciate most is that she does this so seamlessly — the flow of the class continues naturally, and I never feel like I’m holding anyone up. That balance is such a gift. Core Pilates is such a fantastic option for workouts and overall healthy living in our community, and I’m so grateful Nicole is part of it. If you’re considering trying a class, this is your sign — you will be in the best hands!

    I have tried out many pilates studios and Core Pilates has definitely been one of my favorites! The small class size makes such a difference. Nicole gives individual attention, offers helpful form corrections, and always provides modifications when needed. Signing up for classes is incredibly easy, and there's always a time that fits my schedule. One of my favorite parts is that there's no monthly commitment or subscription required. I travel a lot for work, so that flexibility is a huge plus. Nicole is so passionate about what she does, and it really shows in every class. I can't recommend this studio enough!

    I have LOVED my time here. The environment is very welcoming and has a wonderful and encouraging community. All the instructors are excellent at meeting you where you’re at and giving personalized corrections. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
