This was nice that it didn't seem to be a canned routine each time. A little variety is good. Their hours matched my work schedule. Overall, a nice place.

They set a good example. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I feel great every time I complete a class.

They ask about any injuries you may be dealing with and can alter the workout to suit your needs. They explain things well and give continued encouragement throughout the class. Every instructor is great and each one brings different instructions/ideas so you could go every day and get a different work out if you wanted.

The staff are always helpful, friendly and accommodating. Pilates has definitely made me feel stronger and somehow hits muscles I didn’t even know existed 😅 I always leave feeling energized, aligned, and surprisingly relaxed.
