  Dr. Edward’s and his staff are the nicest and most professional dental team I’ve met. What could have been an uncomfortable and inconvenient experience they turned into a positive outcome. I’ve been loyal to my prior dentist for 25 years and now loyal to Dr. Edward, Devan and team going forward. They’re simply the best!

  I normally write positive reviews, but I am compelled to warn others about a shocking experience here. The Scheduling Issues: My original appointment was moved 45 minutes without any notification. When I arrived for the follow-up to fix this, after driving 30 minutes to get there and taking a half-day off of work, I was told my appointment was silently deleted. I asked if they would see me anyway, and they refused. This was despite pointing to the empty parking lot, empty waiting room, and empty office with no patients. There were clearly no other patients, yet they refused to see me, and I was told never to return. The Staff Behavior: As the situation escalated, the behavior of the front desk staff was shocking. While I was being berated, the two receptionists were visibly smirking at me, gloating, and gleefully taking it all in. It was 3-on-1 and all I wanted was a dentist appointment before my dental insurance premiums expired that month (in December). I was not trying to score any points, I just wanted dental work done before wasting my premiums. But they wanted a fight, and theatric exile. The Doctor's Volatility: Dr. Edwards refused to listen to reason and seemed genuinely confused about the facts of the scheduling error. More concerning was his physical state: he became volatile, turning red and shaking while scolding me and calling me names. The Threat: The doctor became so aggressive that he physically threatened to remove me from the property. I left immediately out of fear for my physical safety, as his body language indicated that he was following through on this threat. I urge you to consider if you feel safe undergoing invasive procedures in an office with such hostile staff and a provider who displays this level of confusion and physical instability.

  Best dental office ever. Office staff are so pleasant and my hygienist is quick and super efficient. I am currently doing the ProMonitoring that Dr. Edwards has available at his office and am loving the results! 😁 ~Debbie Higgins

  Great dentist. Open minded. Would recommend to anyone. Office staff and hygienist all great!!!!
