  Sad to see this store going downhill. Prepaid services being cancelled then refunds being refused seems like theft to me. One more visit to use up my remaining balance will be my last. Hopefully they didn't cancel that. GNC would do best to not patronize me with bs excuses.

  Been shopping at GNC for years. Literally 3 months ago paid for the pro membership which includes some BS discount up 10% for purchases and I would qualify for a free drink or protein bar every month. Not really free since I technically paid for the membership but still went ahead and did it. Just went in and was told there are no longer doing the free drink or protein bar as well as they aren't going to reimburse my annual membership that I just paid for 3 months ago. I'm never shopping at GNC again. I don't do business with companies who treat their customers in an underhanded manner

  Overpriced, way cheaper online, store manager is rude and uninviting, online is the cheapest and a less stressful way to shop. My girlfriend won't ever go back because the manager was asking personal questions and made her feel uncomfortable, asking if she has a boyfriend, real professional GNC.

  How many reviews do we really need over someone’s dog pooping outside the store. Come on people of Prescott Valley. There are more important things to do.

  The staff is so knowledgeable and always available to help it's nice to know that they are so knowledgeable
