- LClawrence ChristieMar 4, 20261.0I called this morning for an appointment for a kenalog injection. The man I talked to said no problem and made the appt for 4:00pm today. Took all my pertinent info and I got email confirmation of the appt instructions etc. I drove 45 minutes to get there arrived 15 minutes before my appt and checked in via the kiosk. When the lady came to the front desk she acknowledged me and my appt and said I need to talk to you. She proceeded to explain that they had no Kenalog injections available and as of a couple days ago they were notified that the clinic was no longer offering this service. As you can imagine I was a bit pissed off by this info. I explained I wish someone would have notified me I would have saved the 45 minute trip down here. She apologized and I know it wasn’t her fault she didn’t make the appt. But then she mentioned she talked to a coworker about the no availability of the Kenalog inhections earlier in the day but didn’t call me to cancel the appt. After this experience they get a 1 star rating. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. Just a big waste of time and frustration today. I guess I should have checked the reviews before I made the appt.
