Sometimes a long wait, but mostly pretty fast. And the phlebotomist are really good, most of the time I dont even feel it. I have other options including my practitioners office but prefer Sonora Quest.
Terrible Terrible Terrible
Grace was very kind and detailed about explaining what was going on, the test took about 15 minutes the wait time was about 45~ish minutes all in all i was out in about an hour the facility was very clean! and the chairs in the lobby were comfortable, the free wifi was fast!
I had an appointment today with Sonora Quest Labs located at 3161 N Windsong Dr B, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. The waiting room was full of customers.
I had an appointment scheduled at 9:15 am, which was verified by an email. At 10:15 am I left because one of the workers announced they were short staffed (which seems to be the norm). My husband asked if having an appointment mattered. The employee said, when we are short staffed, appointments do not matter. They go in order of who arrives.
I have had issues with Sonora Quest Labs at both the Prescott, AZ office as well as the Prescott Valley, AZ office.
So, I did not get a blood draw today, and unfortunately, I have to go back to that office. Actually, I will see if my PCP will contact another lab.

Apparently, one minute is too long to come inside after receiving the text that it’s your turn. When I checked in, the lobby was full, so I chose the “wait outside” option and waited for the system to text me when they were ready. As soon as I got the message, I went inside — only for no one to call my name.
When I asked the staff member who came out for the next patient, she told me to “wait a few minutes” and someone would call me soon. A few minutes turned into twenty. I ended up having to check in again. Two hours later, I was still sitting there while walk-ins who arrived long after me were being seen first.
This place clearly doesn’t value your time or basic organization. The staff barely communicates, the system doesn’t work properly, and you’re treated like just another number. Maybe I’ll reconsider this review after my scheduled appointment, but if you’re thinking of walking in — don’t. They could care less.
