- CMCameron MarvinFeb 24, 20261.0This location has one of the worst pharmacy technicians I have ever dealt with. I called to refill my prescription. They told me I didn’t have any refills and when I kept trying to get clarity, the guy which I am going to assume is so wanna be tough guy wouldn’t listen to my question and when I started to get frustrated and use a couple cuss words in my vocabulary, he goes. Oh we’re cussing now and I said yes I am because I’m trying to figure out what’s going on just hangs up on me so I call back and speak to somebody else and finally get this person to look into my prescription refills and has a condescending tone of saying you have refills all over the place because I live in court and I was working in Prescott and the Preskett locations were the only ones open at the time I was working so he finally finds a refill and when I try to apologize for my frustration just goes OK yeah and hangs up the phone. This location needs a whole new set of pharmacy staff. If you’re going to be in the medical field, you’re supposed to have some sort of compassion towards people and a little bit of patience.

Emails you about the medications being prepared and then emails quite soon when your script is ready. Staff is great with customer service; good eye contact and listens to you regarding your prescriptions. Friendly and professional; highly recommend this pharmacy.

Incompetent male at register couldn’t even ring up Neosporinfrom the pharmacy area for me. Said it wasn’t his job. Then what the hell do they pay you for? Will not be coming back to this location.
