- CCChrisNov 23, 20251.011/23/25. I have been going to this location for many years. I have never been treated like this before. An older woman, who would be seeing me, was rude and obnoxious. This was in the waiting room. It felt like I was being interrogated. I will never be back. I don't want to risk the chance of seeing this person again! My last visit to the Little Clinic!

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45 PM and, unfortunately, I was four minutes late due to heavy rain mind you they have 7 minutes late policy . As soon as I arrived, I could hear the nurse speaking with the front desk , immediately trying to reschedule my appointment. She didn’t even give me a moment to find my insurance card before jumping to conclusions. On top of that, her attitude was dismissive and childish, almost as if I were dealing with a middle schooler. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. The front desk staff lacked any empathy or professionalism, and it’s clear that someone with those qualities should not be working in this field. Overall, I left feeling completely disrespected and would not recommend this place to anyone.

She was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, had great communication skills, and provided an excellent care experience. I had to get a tetanus shot, which I didn't even feel, because of her injection method (tapped my arm before injection; seriously didn't even feel the needle!). Im grateful 🙏 that Frys makes healthcare accessible and affordable through these community based health centers, and especially for their stellar staffing.
- KMKatie MetzaFeb 11, 20251.0Went in a few days ago and found out I had bronchitis and an ear infection. Dr gave me a steroid for the bronchitis, but discouraged me from getting an antibiotic for the ear. Went back in today to get the antibiotic for my ear and I waited over 30 minutes to which no one came into the waiting room to see me. Then I called the customer service line and they couldn’t even get ahold of them. I went back in and finally saw the front desk girl who was rude as hell. They pulled me into a room and told me that the girl I saw on Sunday was a floater and then can’t give me a prescription that I was told I could get bc “all I had was a simple sore throat” and the girls notes didn’t make sense and she wasn’t sure why I was even prescribed what I got. So after waiting an hour at this point I basically got told I could see the same Dr I saw Sunday if I wanted to drive all the way to Mesa on Friday and that I wasn’t sick with what I KNOW I have. Never again will I visit this place and I will be reporting this to my insurance company
