Don’t expect them to answer their phones either. I work in the industry and understand the heavy demand when you are short staffed, but the service I have received is just plain unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience here. If you can, stay away.

Businesses should not advertise a service and then not provide it. A flu shot takes less than 2 minutes with all paperwork and injection. You know who doesn’t have time? Me. I don’t have time to drive back and forth.
