They filled a prescription to a drug that was listed with them as something I am allergic to. The pharmacists are not doing their jobs.

If you have up to 3+ days to wait for your blood pressure medication after a Triple Bypass Open-Heart surgery, this is the pharmacy for you. Don’t expect them to answer their phones either. I work in the industry and understand the heavy demand when you are short staffed, but the service I have received is just plain unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience here. If you can, stay away.

This is the second time I’ve showed up for a flu shot and was told they didn’t have time today. This is not acceptable. Businesses should not advertise a service and then not provide it. A flu shot takes less than 2 minutes with all paperwork and injection. You know who doesn’t have time? Me. I don’t have time to drive back and forth.

I am so sad. This WAS the best pharmacy with the greatest staff, but our two favorite pharmacists left and we have had nothing but awful experiences since. Unfortunately, the great service left with the great pharmacists. We will be moving our business elsewhere.
