***DO NOT RELY ON THIS PHARMACY OR AMANDA*** I made a mistake by moving my prescriptions from CVS to Safeway for convenience. The Safeway website stated my refill would be ready on the 7th. When I went to pick it up they admitted they made a mistake and it would be ready on the Feb 8th. When I went to pick it up, Amanda said they couldn't refill the entire order and asked if I would accept a partial refill and come back tomorrow which I said of course. Then she came back to the window and said I would have to come back tomorrow. Apparently, they didn't have any. Amanda was rude, offensive, and combative. BUYER BEWARE!

Really conflicted about rating this Pharmacy. Amanda, the pharmacy manager is excellent and Customer Service is generally extremely efficient. However, RJ one of the pharmacists outright called me a liar when I told him that I was shorted 60 tablets in a script that he filled. Since the shortage was exactly 60 pills, I figured it was an inventory mistake of some sort and would be easily corrected. He told me that the inventory system made that impossible and that I must be mistaken. I WASN’T !!
Hey RJ, this script
was not for OxyContin or Dilaudid!! I’m not trying to scam the Safeway system. Do better, sir.

I scheduled an appointment for November 5th to get my Moderna booster. Darshan took great care of me in that everything with the vaccine administration went well. I was also in and out of the pharmacy within ten minutes.
I also appreciate that the staff here are professionally dressed.
