Honest truth, I don't like this pharmacy. The girls that are there are so serious not even a smile or how are you etc... They are very slow even in long lines I can see how frustrated people get. I changed here because is only .02 miles and it's convenient for me and my kids. But I'm thinking to switch to CVS. Customer service needs to get better at this pharmacy. I hope the person in charge reads this and does something about it and talk real business with this ladies so we can feel comfortable we deserve better treatment. Poor customer service.

The pharmacists, techs, and everyone we have come into contact with at this pharmacy are excellent. They are friendly, courteous, and answer any questions we have. They also quickly fill our prescriptions!

I used to love this pharmacy, and unfortunately no one answers the phone. They just immediately put the phone back on hold.

I have spoken with several pharmacies asking about whether or not they can fill a prescription. I did not ask for specifics, just if they could fill it. I was told by the pharmacist that he couldn't give me that information, and that my doctor had to call to get it. What doctor do you know will take your call at the time you reach out to them? They either call you back in a few hours, or even a few days. Or they have a nurse call you, and then they have to ask the doctor, and then get back to you...again in a few hours or days! I called other Safeway pharmacies, as well as other brand pharmacies, and none of them had a problem telling me if they could fill it or not. This pharmacist just made this pharmacy look really bad in my eyes, and I will NEVER go to another one. So, for those of you who work at Safeway, thank him for making you look like jerks!!
