Older gentlemen at pharmacy wanted me to do his job for him. Nasty attitude when people are trying to be accommodating. I gave info for my scripts and he looks at me like I'm just a bother. Sad he treats people like this when it's medicine for my 10 year old son

This is the second time I’ve faced issues with delays in receiving my medication from this pharmacy. Even after reaching out multiple times, there was no proper response or concern shown from their side. The staff was quite rude and instead of resolving the issue, they simply said that if I can’t wait, I should ask my doctor to send the prescription to a different pharmacy. That’s not an acceptable way to handle customers, especially when it involves important medications. Delays of 2–3 days or even a week can happen, but at the very least, customers should be notified proactively. Last time, it took almost 10 days, and only after repeated follow-ups did they transfer it to another location and ask me to pick it up from there. Overall, very disappointing service. If they are unable to manage supply properly, they should improve their system rather than making it difficult for customers.
