I had the most apathetic, rude, customer service interaction I have ever had regarding getting a prescription filled. The pharmacy could not fill the entire prescription and it would be two more days until they could fill it. The tech/assistant would not call another pharmacy and transfer the prescription so I could get it filled that day. Even the pharmacist was not happy about trying to resolve the situation. Will not use that pharmacy ever again. However, the customer service at the Osco Pharmacy on 19th and Northern was outstanding, truly exceptional. I w ill be doing all my business at that location.

Absolutely incompetent staff. They are beyond slow (20 minutes to get through 3 customers), arrogantly dismissive (just the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen - grow up!), and never have prescriptions ready in time. I’m not sure I’ve ever gone there and had even a slightly below pleasant experience. It is always excruciating. Highly, highly recommend going elsewhere for your prescription needs until the staff here changes.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
