  I've loved this place, but after last week I'm going to rethink visiting this office. I really like Dr Randall Paul, but the front office is SO RUDE. The attitudes and comments were uncalled for. Apparently I'm supposed to know when THEY require me to fill out paperwork. The workers were even rude to each other. The male worker acted like I offended him by saying I wasn't going to look at glasses with him. Doc handed him my prescription and said he's all set, he proceeded to say new prescription? I said yes. He's like want to look at new frames? I said no thank you, he just stood there and stared at me then proceeds to say "you just said yes." I'm like sorry didn't know "new prescription?" Meant hey let's buy some new glasses today. He proceeds to just tell me what I owe for the day, "enter your pin" hands me my receipt and that's it. Like gee, sorry I ruined your day.. I hope this place gets a new office staff soon. I know we don't come here for friends, but it should be a little bit friendlier. I've been coming here 9 years.. and may move on after this experience to be honest Apparently they don’t care either, I submitted feedback from visit and was told I’d get a follow up within 5bd but it’s now been 10bd

  I have seen Dr. Paul for over ten years. I love Pearle Vision. It is easy to schedule and they have tons of frames to choose from, including sunglasses. They also have the most up-to-date equipment to check the health of your eyes. I would recommend Peale Vision.

  Best place I found in Phoenix since moving here 6 years ago. Left from an "expert" place that wasn't so much. Everyone so friendly and timely. Best they got my prescription right finally after 3 bad ones elsewhere.

  I did not have an appointment, but was seen for a scratched cornea. I was very pleased with the care & concern that I received.

  Dr. Paul was fantastic. Explained everything well. Highly relatable. Gave me confidence in the glasses I needed to get. Front of house could have been better. No one greeted me when I got in and helped me know what I needed to do for my appointment. Dr. Paul made up for it.
