Had a great visit thanks to Mauricio. He was very nice and broke down every little thing for me to perfectly understand. I will definitely come back!

Incredible selection and customer care! If you happen to enter the store at Colonnade Mall in Phoenix, be sure you ask for Mauricio, you will receive the best and personalized customer service experience I have ever encountered!

Went in for an appointment that was scheduled A YEAR AGO and when I was trying to check in the guy at the desk told me that they didn’t have me in their schedule for that day. He told me that they don’t use DNA eye group and all those appointments were cancelled. It would’ve been very nice to have gotten an email, text or even a call as a courtesy to let people know. I don’t have a car and had to use public transport to get there which took me 30 mins. He offered to reschedule for another date and their next available was 3 weeks out. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been going there for the last 3 years and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a thing not just from this location but anywhere I’ve made an appointment too. I was pissed. I’m not sure I even want to go back to that appointment to be completely honest

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and genuine care. Jalean and Miles both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how well they worked together as a team to ensure everything was smooth and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about the customer experience. Overall, outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and top-tier customer service

Staff and everyone seemed friendly and helpful, but when I walked in to get my first ever contact lenses, the experience was disappointing. I was told someone would help me, but I ended up not receiving any assistance and was sent off without guidance. Because it was my first time using contacts and I didn't get any instruction, I ended up messing them up while trying to figure it out on my own. As a first time contact lens user, I was really hoping for a bit more support and guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
