  What a great place to give back to those in need. KEDPLASMA The staff are super nice and helpful. Rose was exceptionally nice and Schic and Josslyn..most Kelsey. I must also say Jennifer is the best Phlebotomist no doubt!!! Let’s also mention John and his exceptional work and great football team! Go Birds 🦅!! Let’s not forget Michaela!! Mahalo-Jett

  I just feel like they should answer the phone more, It a professional business most businesses have someone available to pick up calls that could be concerning anything, they also need to make sure a doctor is available and also whoever is first available to stick do so and not set preferences , because I have seen some people who literally walked in and got screened after others get put on machines before them because they know them could be friends or related or they’ve brought in tacos, and enchiladas to share or was a former or current employee and honestly we all have a life to attend to after sharing tons of our plasma for a small pay.

  I've been donating here consistently for maybe 8 months. I've never had a bad experience. Amanda, Lana, Angelica and I believe her name is Melissa have been particularly friendly as is just about everyone else. I think they are staffed appropriately as I've never had a long wait compared to plasma centers. Overall, they do a great job and I am glad I found them. Thank you, it isn't always easy dealing with people all day!

  Only plasma donation center I'll use! Sit and relax instead of standing in a long line while they call your name. Easy in and out, typically within an hour unlike other places where you stand in a long line for the first hour. Great incentives and rewards program. Most importantly...the use your plasma in additional programs (see center)
