  The team at Horizon is excellent, they did a very thorough assessment of my eyes, I then met with my doctor to discuss options for cataract surgery based on my results. I was introduced to and met with the surgery coordinator to get my surgery scheduled, discussed payment options and was provided an informative packet for preparation of the procedure. Everyone I engaged with was friendly and helpful and like that everyone is one place making the process much smoother.

  I’ve been a patient Horizon Eye for over 30 years. Despite its growth and change of staff and location over the years, it has remained friendly and efficient. Mostly I appreciate the great care by Dr David Rockwell and his team and the availability of their state of the art diagnostic equipment which gives me confidence in their evaluation of my eyes.

  Beautiful facility. Everyone was very proficient and professional. I really like Dr.Duncan! He explained all of the options and I feel like I can make an informed decision. Also, Whitney Phillips was very up-to-date on everything and I went home with without any questions about what to expect

  Another great experience at Horizon from check in to my exam from Sammy and to Dr.Casan,very efficient,and examined the test results and came up with the solutions that made me extremely happy . Very excellent doctor and made me very comfortable in his finding. Go back 4/15/26 for routine checkup I will be there Mike Cyrill

  I recently had a great experience at Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center (March 2026) in Scottsdale. First of all, I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time, which is always nice. Camillia (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) brought me to the back, and handled several tests before I saw the doctor. She was very pleasant and thorough. She explained everything as we went along and gave me suggestions for eye drops that she found to be effective for her own eyes. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I then met with Dr. Erik Chen, who was also very pleasant and thorough. He explained what was going on with my eyes and gave me ideas of how to improve my situation. He spent time with me and seemed to really care. I wasn't rushed and he performed all needed testing to evaluate the issue that I was having. (I did not go in to be evaluated for a surgical procedure.) Kudos to both for doing a great job! I even told both of them at the office how much I appreciated them for being so good at what they do. When you do a great job, you need to be recognized.
