  This is a great place to get your eyes checked. The office is clean and bright. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, which is greatly appreciated for those of us who get nervous at a doctor's office.

  $200+ dollars for plastic glasses.. don’t buy frames from these people it’s a total scam. They also give you the cold shoulder if you ask for information in order to get your own pair (apparently asking for the PD is too much to ask for). Their eye doctors are of high quality, but they prescribe whatever makes the clinic the most money. If you read their terms and conditions, their collections practices are indiscriminate. If you happen to miss any payments for any reason, they are obligated to increase that balance by 40% of the current balance as compensation.

  The staff was friendly. Med team was awesome, knowledgable, patient. Dr Cason was FANTASTIC!!! Cateract Surgery performed without a hitch. Basic proceedure. No discomfort, no issues. Was able to see better without glasses when leaving the surgical center. PHENOMENAL!!!! I'd do it all over again!!!. Thank You Horrizon!!!

  I had a shop accident. A small piece of metal was lodged in my eye. I was going to the ER and decided to check with them first, as I was a current patient. They cleared the way and within 3 hours the metal was out, treated and a follow up scheduled. This doesn't happen in the mid 20's. Great staff, super professional.

  Dr. Floyd seemed to listen to my input as well as pay attention to my info she was reading about me. She explained everything i asked her so I could understand it. I felt she was very professional, knowledgeable, yet caring. If A doctor can make you feel like they genuinely care thats a great start!
