  I wanted to share our experience with Home Instead in relation to a couple of their employees. I’ll start with Kirstin M. who oversees the care at the facility where my mom resides. She has been wonderful to work and coordinate with. She’s responsive, empathetic, and she understands our unique needs. The second employee I want to acknowledge is Kenya who’s my mom‘s caregiver. My mom is not the easiest person to deal with at age 98 and Kenya has been wonderful with her. My mom actually enjoys her coming and helping her and says that she’s very nice and considerate. I have joked with Kenya that she must have the patience of Job because it’s not always an easy task dealing with my mom as she is still independent in many areas. Everybody I have spoken with (Stacy H) when I have called has been professional and helpful. I don’t have any complaints. I highly recommend Home Instead if you find yourself needing home health services.

  Home Instead is truly amazing. I’ve spent much of my life on the caregiving side, taking care of others, but becoming a full-time caregiver for my father has been an entirely different experience. It’s emotional, demanding, and deeply personal. Home Instead has been an incredible blessing for our family. They have given me the priceless gift of peace of mind and the ability to take time for myself without worrying about how my father is being treated or cared for. Their caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely kind. Knowing my father is in such capable and caring hands allows me to step away when needed and return refreshed, so I can continue being the best daughter and caregiver I can be. I am beyond grateful for the support they provide and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy, heartfelt care.

  Amazing experience with Home Instead. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care in the Phoenix area.

  I hired Home Instead to provide overnight care for my dying father once he was bed-ridden so I would be able to go home and sleep with some peace of mind. I was especially wary of bringing in strangers because my mother has dementia and doesn't trust easily. The very day I called, someone came to my parents' house to talk with me about our needs and to explain costs and processes. The staff coordinated a caregiver for that same evening who was wonderful and made all of my concerns about bringing in a stranger instantly disappear, as my mother instantly loved her. The other caregivers (we had a regular rotation of three) were angels, listening to my chatty father reminisce and showing kindness and so much care to both of my parents. We also had a visit from the care coordinator, who had a great conversation with my father. After about a month, on the night he passed, we were fortunate to have the most extraordinary caregiver who called my sister and me to come when she saw that things were progressing. We were able to play Dad's favorite music and say goodbye, and I am ever grateful to her for helping us through one of the most difficult situations we've ever encountered. She called hospice and stayed well beyond her shift to offer comfort to my mother, who was a little lost. I received calls of condolences and heard from the care coordinator several times after my father's death, even with ideas to help with my mom's needs, showing me that the entire staff genuinely cares. Home Instead is a blessing and I am thankful I made the decision to hire them!
