I brought my 84-year-old mother in for a check-up and cleaning, and she was left sitting in the chair for over an hour while the staff started treating another patient who had just walked in. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I also felt that our concerns were dismissed, and overall the atmosphere was cold and uncaring. I left with the strong impression that we were not valued as patients, and the experience felt discriminatory. I will not be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere.
