  Always watch the prescription you take! I somehow got an unknown one, from the doctor I never saw, prescription was a year ago, though the medication itself is OTC, twice cheaper then I had to pay through prescription! Always double check

  This is the best pharmacy that I have ever been to hands-down. I have a very popular prescription and they are always in stock. Everybody works very fast and is very friendly.

  Had a TERRIBLE experience with this pharmacy and I don’t even know how these people, this “staff” with the worst work ethic and poor customer service skills can look themselves in the face! My son was very sick and my doctor’s office called in his script to the 40th street and Chandler Fry’s. 2 hours later I go in to fill it and they say they have absolutely no record of the script. We check name spelling, birthdate, everything and they assure me I must have the wrong Fry’s. So I leave and call my doctors office 14,000 times because you know it’s impossible to get a hold of your doctor, and the Medical Assistant says, “Yes, I did indeed call it in almost 2 hours ago to the 40th St location and I was on hold for 45min to get it in. Please hold while I call them again. This is absolutely unacceptable.” She calls me back and says “They had it the whole time in a box of requests that have not been processed yet.” THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK!! We go back inside to confirm and indeed, without an apology, the lazy clerk says, “Yeah, its here in an unprocessed pile.” So they are more comfortable having me run around, make a dozen calls and inquiries, WHILE MY SON IS VERY SICK, rather than moving one hand to lift a paper from this elusive “pile”. Then without apology she says it may not get done before they close tonight. ??!! So I call my doctor back and the MA said “LET ME CALL THEM BACK AND GIVE THEM HELL!!” Because she too is sick and tired of their awful service. After a few minutes she calls me back and says, “It will be completed in 15 minutes. If that was possible in the first place why did we have to jump through all of these ridiculous hoops??!! They wasted my time, they kept my son without his medication, and they LIED! It was indeed there the whole time and they just didn’t want to do their job! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

  This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Every time I am in line, I can expect to wait a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged and then never a "thank you for waiting". One lady there is always grumpy and can't ever smile. It sucks whenever I have to see her because I know my visit will be unpleasant. I only use this pharmacy because it is convenient. I just have to put up with it.

  I love shopping at Frys but this particular Frys did not offer small portion skinless salmon portions. I left empty handed at this store.
