  Too many times, and usually on a Friday, they will not fill an antibiotic or other crucial medication. The Fry’s pharmacist says they need to check with the doctor because it was not written in the usual way (e.g. a 10-day azithromycin script vs a 5-day “z-pack”). Well, by the time my doctor is messaged by the pharmacist, most staff has left for the weekend. So I get even sicker over the two to three following days until my doctor can be reached, the prescription verified and finally filled. It’s rather despicable. I do not have this issue with Safeway, CVS, or other pharmacies I have used in the past… and I have many prescriptions. I have had other doctors send “non standard” prescriptions with no issues. Could it be that they discriminate against NMDs? Well, I now drive several miles further to get my prescriptions in order to avoid Fry’s. Safeway has much fresher produce so that’s a bonus (to get groceries when I pick up my scripts). Beware. You have been forewarned.

  I highly recommend going to another pharmacy. Today made the 3rd time I was unable to get a needed prescription because they are always out. Jay the pharmacy tech was extremely rude. Absolutely the worst care/correspondence I have ever received from any pharmacy I have ever worked with. He was angry at me because I asked a simple question on my medication that was needed. He should Absolutely not be working in a field where compassion, understanding and patience is needed.

  I recently left this pharmacy after 6 months..I don't know what was worse..the monthly anxiety meds I'm depended on or the lack of care to go the extra mile kind of staff I received. THIS IS NOT A LOCATION YOU WANT TO SPEND ANY length of time at..scary

  This pharmacy lost my girlfriend's prescription not once, but twice, and the technicians were rude and unhelpful when we were trying to figure out how to get the medication she was prescribed. Go somewhere else, these people do not care about your health and well-being. Not even worth the mandatory one star rating.
