- SSSamJan 22, 20211.0Not really a walk-in clinic anymore. Went to be seen today for an ear infection, I got there at 8:27 and was told they are all booked up and I can sit in my car and wait and hope no one shows up. No one was there my visit would only take a few minutes but nope.

Didn't even have the courtesy to let us know when we arrived, anytime during the 30 mins we waited or as they left. Very unprofessional, a simple im sorry, we are closing for lunch would have been nice.
- JNJina NaudeMay 1, 20171.0Despite having signed in online, being informed the was no wait, and our "appointment"was in 10 minutes which caused us to rush out of the house to get there, we were told upon arrival that we had to wait another 30 minutes because the provider was on lunch. I'm not upset the provider was on lunch. I'm upset that we were left to believe that our appointment was immediately. I'm upset because the system did not account for a lunch break. Other clinics' systems do this. Why can't this one?
