The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
My son needed a physical for sports class. We waited 3:30 hours. Ridiculous, the waiting time when we came was showing 1:30 hour. Because it was a physical they let everyone go first until we were the only ones left. The "doctor, nurse or whatever she is, she looks like she hates her job...... I don't recommend this clinic.

Gives a time online and then the staff takes late lunches and wastes waiting patients time. Website does not account for lunches.

Made an appt online for my sick child, it said 15 minute wait time, we arrived, sat in waiting room for 30 mins just to have both the MA & the PA walk out for lunch. Didn't even have the courtesy to let us know when we arrived, anytime during the 30 mins we waited or as they left. Very unprofessional, a simple im sorry, we are closing for lunch would have been nice.

Despite having signed in online, being informed the was no wait, and our "appointment"was in 10 minutes which caused us to rush out of the house to get there, we were told upon arrival that we had to wait another 30 minutes because the provider was on lunch. I'm not upset the provider was on lunch. I'm upset that we were left to believe that our appointment was immediately. I'm upset because the system did not account for a lunch break. Other clinics' systems do this. Why can't this one?

This is NOT an urgent care it is a medical clinic. They only take major insurance so we waited a half hout to find out they don't take our insurance. Check in process is automated and annoying because they don't tell you that they don't take your insurance until they are ready to call you back.
