The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
11/23/25. I have been going to this location for many years. I have never been treated like this before. An older woman, who would be seeing me, was rude and obnoxious. This was in the waiting room. It felt like I was being interrogated. I will never be back. I don't want to risk the chance of seeing this person again! My last visit to the Little Clinic!

I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45 PM and, unfortunately, I was four minutes late due to heavy rain mind you they have 7 minutes late policy . As soon as I arrived, I could hear the nurse speaking with the front desk , immediately trying to reschedule my appointment. She didn’t even give me a moment to find my insurance card before jumping to conclusions. On top of that, her attitude was dismissive and childish, almost as if I were dealing with a middle schooler.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. The front desk staff lacked any empathy or professionalism, and it’s clear that someone with those qualities should not be working in this field. Overall, I left feeling completely disrespected and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I saw nurse practitioner Brenda at the Little Clinic in Frys at 1311 Bell Road. She was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, had great communication skills, and provided an excellent care experience. I had to get a tetanus shot, which I didn't even feel, because of her injection method (tapped my arm before injection; seriously didn't even feel the needle!).
Im grateful 🙏 that Frys makes healthcare accessible and affordable through these community based health centers, and especially for their stellar staffing.

This is the worst clinic ive ever been too , pct was doing her job and being friendly then this old doctor starts being rude as crap to the pct right in front of me and other people around. Im not sure how this old lady still works here shes rude and doesnt even like her job and you can tell right off the bat. Ive had previous experience with her and her being rude but i thought maybe she was having a bad day but her bad days seem to be everyday. Pct was good and communicative i felt bad a bit for her for having to deal with this doctor. I dont recommend coming here at all its waste of time and your breath
