Shortly thereafter, Dr. Fowler, Optometrist, called Michael in for his vision exam, where she also demonstrated professionalism and made him feel comfortable. Once the exam was finished, Keith encouraged Michael to browse the frames again. During this time, Cordell, another customer service representative, approached us and provided valuable information about the frames. He assisted Michael in selecting a stylish pair of Ray-Ban frames, which were surprisingly affordable compared to typical prices. We were thoroughly impressed with the cost-effectiveness of the Ray-Ban options at Target Optical and grateful for the exceptional service provided by their team.
