Yesterday, we went to Target Optical at 7th Street and Bell Rd to get new glasses.
Steve provided us with exceptional service. He was very personable and answered all questions we asked. He was patient and offered us ample time to make decisions. Most of all, he wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our purchases. Thank you.

The eye doc was excellent. I wish I remembered her name to give her proper credit; and Clarissa that worked the counter and helped me pick out lenses was awesome! She gave great input, and was very helpful and professional! High marks all around for your amazing staff!

Confirmed a regular eye check up for contact lens for $85 w/ the Front Staff. Went in to see Dr. Castro. After the check up, I was billed $280. They explain that Dr. Castro had ordered tests that explained the sudden cost, despite an agreement of $85. What if we didnt have that $$??? Even car repairs give an estimate. Finally, discovered that the Contacts Px was $250 per box. That is an unreasonable cost. So I sought for something cheaper. At $250 a month, that's equivalent to a car payment. When I declined the Contacts, and asked to explore other alternatives, the Front Person (guy with white hair) turns to the lady in the back, and he said, "She wants something more eeee-cooo-no-mical." Get the dripping sarcasm. Won't attribute this to poor customer skills, just downright lacking any social skills.
