Structure
Our classes start with core. They continue with upper body, lower body, and we finish with a cool-down. We have hundreds of different exercises and numerous accessories such as hand weights, resistance bands, boxes and jumpboards, but in keeping with the same structure every time we guarantee a full body workout in just 50 minutes.
Flow
Our routines are carefully written to limit equipment and directional changes. Our flow, coupled with pre-transitioning exercises, allows clients to move fluidly through class and work muscles to fatigue.
Method
Our exercises build core strength, functional strength and long, lean muscles. We combine a lighter spring load with a slow, controlled four-count movement to build strength you will use.
