    I started Pure Barre five years ago when I noticed I was losing muscle as I entered menopause and knew I needed resistance training but I had zero interest in a traditional gym. Choosing Pure Barre has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The variety of class formats keeps things fresh, challenging, and engaging and somehow, it never gets easier (in the best way). I’m stronger, more confident, and so grateful I found a workout that truly works for me.

    “Barre So Hard?” … The T-shirt message is true, but Pure Barre is the BEST! The instructors are all exceptional and attentive, and offer modifications for one to successfully and safely achieve goals to gain muscle mass and strength, improve flexibility and balance, along with cardio conditioning. My physical limitations from arthritis to old athletic injuries aren’t holding me back. The barre is always available if I need it for stability. I love the friendly atmosphere of community, and the fun that goes along with the sweat and hard work. I attend 4 or 5 times a week, and since joining 3 months ago have noticed significant results in my body, sleep, and state of mind. If you are looking for an exciting full-body workout with an emphasis on core strength, this is the program for you. I’m 80 years old, and if I can do it, so can you!
