- JBJennifer Barrie4 days ago5.0I visited this location today to cancel my membership! Sam the assistant manager took care of me, along with another new member at the same time! He even was scanning people in while helping two people at the desk. He was multi tasking to get everyone taken care of efficiently, but he was extremely patient and kind to everyone, being sure to greet them. He even offered the new member help to set up the mobile app. He was extremely kind, caring, and proficient! Planet Fitness is so lucky to have this guy, he needs a raise and promotion for his work ethic and character!! Also, as usual the location was spotless and clean!! Thank you so much for your help today Sam, you went above and beyond, for multiple members!!

I lost my Apple Watch there and honestly had no idea where I’d left it. Dominique went out of her way to help me search for it at the time, but we couldn’t find it that day. She promised she’d talk to the manager and keep an eye out. I went on vacation and returned to the gym about two weeks later, and Dominique not only remembered me right away but also remembered that I had lost my watch. I had honestly given up hope, but she came out and handed it to me! I was so impressed by her kindness and how she went the extra mile. I’m almost in tears of gratitude. Dominique is a true gem, and this gym is lucky to have her. Thank you so much!
