A patient for over a year. Have only received the best care. And have always responded quickly to me with medication concerns. Highly recommend.

Just got stood up for my first appointment. was told they were going to send me a microsoft teams link, which they never did. so i checked the patient portal and there was a little button that said “click here to join your appointment” which i did, but nobody ever showed up. and *they* called *me* to tell me that *i* didn’t show up for my appointment. so idk if they’re going to try and bill me for a “missed” appointment but either way, considering it took months to even get to this point, including them lying about what city the nurse practitioner even practiced (told me she was here in tucson, she’s actually in tempe, 100 miles away), i’m just done. must unprofessional medical organization i’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I’ve been a patient for over a year now and have only good things to say. Great/organized office staff, great practitioners, and I so appreciate their focus on telehealth care that makes it easily accessible for people like me that don’t live nearby.
I concur with Mark’s experience and review from five months ago.
Sub-one, or negative stars, if it was possible.
I’ve seen a number of healthcare providers over the last 20 years and this is the only time I’ve ever left one because of absolutely below acceptable, not even professional, terrible service.
They are nonresponsive and completely disregarded any health concerns whatsoever about me going off of my medication, each time I quarterly follow up with their nurse practitioner Matthew Scott, because he can’t fill the script properly, and then doesn’t respond to the pharmacy’s follow up, and the front office doesn’t provide any better results.
It’s a complete cluster. As if they’re on their way out of business, and everyone knows it, except all of us on the other side of their webpage.
