I sat and waited 25 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation. Eye exam was slightly rushed but OK. I will go back to Pearle Vision in Scottsdale next time. The exam and staff were much better.

I figured I was already there and so I just gave in and payed for my glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. 3 weeks later I call them to see where my glasses are and the man that answered the phone said hold on let me check. I could over hear him talking to a lady who told him she forgot to put them for send off to the lab and that she thought she had done it. The man comes back on the phone and proceeds to say there was a delay at the lab and they would not be here until next week. When I raised my frustration at the over price coupled with this neglegent delay he told me that I had not waited that long and spoke to me like I had no right to be frustrated and that it was just one more week. After this treatment I will never give my business to this outfit and will be letting my entire Scottsdale office know what horrible service and high prices this place has to offer.

It went south afterwards in the lobby when browsing through the various glasses on the wall. A different gentleman asked if I needed assistance choosing glasses, I said no thank you, and advised I would like to bring my wife back to the store. This man's immediate response what "is your wife a certified optometrist"? It was said in a very snooty way. I was very surprised and responded that I wish her to assist me with my pick of glasses based on style. The gentleman got up and walked away. Very off-putting to deal with a representative like that. Makes me not want to return.
