- JUJoe UnderwoodNov 10, 20252.0Glad to see other people have had positive experiences but mine has been legitimately the worst experience I've ever had getting a wheelchair. Jeremy fit me for my chair and was great. This would be a 5-star review if I could do the entire process through him. The rest of the company has been exceptionally terrible to work with. Months and months of back and forths trying to figure out what they needed from myself and my PCP. Took legitimately 6 months for them to figure out how to get 2 signatures from my PCP. Now we're having another issue during the billing phase and playing phone tag for days over something that should be able to be handled much quicker. My advice if you MUST go through this company is be prepared to be the middleman and do literally everything for them. Physically get all of the needed paperwork from them and physically bring it back to their office. If you rely on them to do things electronically, you won't have your equipment for a year. Honestly would rather just buy my own wheelchair out of pocket than go through this company again.

Just a super nice guy went out of his way to help me came out to my house two different times. I really enjoyed talking to him and I can tell that he thoroughly loves his job, which just made the experience That much more exciting. It’s always fun to get a new wheelchair but it can be very stressful As well.Mason Was a great help Throughout the entire process. He listened to me and Understood my needs and was willing to take the time necessary to get everything ordered correctly. It can be a Nerve-rackingsituation ordering a new custom manual wheelchair because if you get it wrong, you can’t return it. Mason was on top of things and everything went According to plan. Working with Mason Sauls was super refreshing because along with his superior knowledge of chairs he was also just as enthused as I was about it! He would emphasize how much he just wanted to get his clients "what they are going to be happy with", he worked hard even when I had to adjust a few aspects along the way, 👍! Proof?
