Gave my information when I made the appointment, when I got there the receptionist said they couldn't find my insurance information even though I gave her my card. She blamed the call center. Wasted trip. The store is awesome. I would have definitely got my frames here.

Vanessa did excellent at explaining the different options available to me such as lens types, purchase options, and insurance benefits available to me should my frames or lenses break. Vanessa made the experience easy and fun! The team at DNA eye were also friendly and made the exam very smooth! This is my second time at this location and will definitely be back!
