It took the admin team 1h to check my insurance. Two other appointments went ahead of me. Asked me to reschedule even if this was the only time I had for this appointment. I will not come back here. Super disappointing.

The in-house optometrist absolutely messed up my prescription, and while they did refund me, when I went to try and get a refund for the glasses I got here it was nothing except a giant headache. I spoke to the manager, Janelle, on multiple occasions and was finally told to come in to process a refund. When I did come in, I was told by a staff member I need to give back the frames. I could not do this because my new (correct) prescription has already been put into them since they were the only frames I had. At no point did Janelle say this to me. I was simply told I should have assumed that. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. Support local businesses and don’t give them any of your money.
