An employee was holding the door open I ran up and when I got up to him he said were closed. I said please can you take me? And his reply was, it's 701. Were closed. I work retail and I've stayed open if people were still coming in at closing. Just plain rude.

New donor first day computers were down couldn’t go through with my information. 2nd time they couldn’t find veins 3rd time going still couldn’t find my veins. Got on a bus and went to CLS plasma they found veins same day no problems I donated thanks CLS. I wouldn’t recommend going to this center nobody is working front desk when you need them. Lots of drug heads at this center giving donations. I don’t think no one there knows what they’re doing this place should be shut down. Maybe I should’ve read the reviews before going in because most people are saying the same thing they can’t find veins maybe they need more training definitely not like other centers. Don’t waste your time
