  This plasma place is amazing. Very nice staff, everything is just easy. The money compensation is really good. They do very well at communicating with you. I've always had such a great experience. Clean place. Organized and the staff you can tell are well experienced at what they do. It is a bit busy, but it's because it's such a great place. And so I understand that...only thing I would suggest is figure out what time it's not so busy, because it just depends day to day and try to go during early mornings when they open and maybe before they close. Not exactly , but maybe like an hour or two , before they close. They are patient with you, so just try to be patient with them.After all, it is money that we are receiving to donate to help other people. So it's a win-win situation we get paid, and we are actually helping save other people's lives. I definitely recommend this place. Its also in a area with alot of popular businesses.

  I like this center a lot staffing is very good managers are really nice Amanda is a sweetheart and Angelica is very good at sticking overall all the ladies are great the only thing I would say is donors need headphones we all shouldn’t have to listen to there music loudly or tv shows loudly i see why other plasma centers make them do it or having more screeners in the morning because it be pack one person is not going to cut it but if they improve that it would be great

  They have a very good team here that i trust and am comfortable with. I’ve been to a few different ones in the valley and after a couple of problems i choose to keep coming back here only. Yes sometimes it can be very busy and yes sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than usual. The team does do their best to keep every section flowing and to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Which is why i go out of my way to come to this location.

  I've been donating plasma since 1990. I would not recommend this particular location. First off they can't keep their donor referral program functional. Not only I am my wife but multiple others that I spoke to set the day never received their donor referral bonuses and when they notified the staff it was treated as it was not a big deal and it's a quick fix. So far we can put four people at a supervisor higher level and I've gotten any response. Additionally you're very limited on your ability to move. I have a nail on my right middle finger that is just about off and getting snagged and very painful I pulled out of pale no nail clippers crying and remove it but I was immediately harassed end up giving a chance to show them why I was attempting to cut that nail off. Next I had a cramp in my left hip and I and I lowered my leg to allow the cramp to relieve itself. Yeah and I was harassed and that I had to put my leg back up on the chair. Is that had somebody who claiming to be the center manager come over and attempt of publicly berate me. She started indicating that what I was doing violated some kind of policy and so as she's telling me this I'm telling you to show me where that rule or information is written. Like I said I've been doing this since 1990 never have I ever come across. But Melissa will will remember my name. Thing is I can't believe the attitude that most of the women have in this particular location. Myself and one of their male employees had a short discussion. It seems there's a lot of hostility. When she decides she's going to speak to me as though I'm a child. I mean she had like a 4 year old she refused to answer what I was asking. Then she felt that it was only her place to speak and because I was asking the question she just continued to rattle over top of me. I guess it really makes me laugh is that they act like what they're telling me and their actions and somehow they're not going to let me come back actually has any impact. There's five other plasma donation companies in town. I believe the problem with this location is there's way too much feminine energy. Again folks if you need to donate plasma somewhere because you need the money don't come here. As you can see I put a picture of the nail end the portion of it that was still attached but causing significant irritation. I mean if you would have just slowed her role I would have asked her to clip that. Melissa

  I travel many miles, passing a number of other donation locations specially to visit KED Bell road/Cave Creek as it is the best one donate at. Specifically, Professional staff who are all very nice and caring. Since starting a year ago, my health at 61 has consistantly improved due to ensuring donation medical parameters every visit. Environment makes a difference in health and this location employs two female staff who clearly are beautiful within top one percent of US-Europe women.
